New way to go EA2…immediately!



Going Fast-Track Gold provided immediate EA2 status, but as announced, the Fast-Track program is being discontinued on Monday, June 6th.  As as replacement, effective immediately, EA2 status will be granted immediately upon setting up a minimum 1500 VP Standing Order (upon successful processing of order). No need to wait until one’s second month as an EA; you can go straight to EA2 your very first day in SFI.
Being an EA2 means you’re qualified for all of the great regular EA benefits.  PLUS, you qualify for the following additional benefits, starting immediately:
  • Receive 10 free bonus TCredits ($5.90 value) every month, paid with your commissions
  • Can transfer TCredits to your PSAs/CSAs for rewards, incentives, contests, etc.
Note: If you’re the sponsor or an upline member of an EA2, you start earning Matching VP immediately–from the very first VersaPoint earned by your new EA2s.

Членство в «кооперативе» может быть платным – когда все участники «скидываются» на рекламу, может быть и бесплатным. Например, вы включаете в свой «кооператив» бесплатно ваших рефералов, или только активных рефералов, или достигших определённого уровня… Как решите, так и будет.
С помощью Co-op manager’а можно создать «кооператив», просмотреть или отредактировать существующий.
Как создать свой «кооператив».
Нажать на ссылку «Start a new co-op» в менеджере, выбрать «Your Gateway Site» в пункте «C-op Source» и назначить кей-код для вашего кооператива. В дальнейшем вы сможете использовать с этим кодом любые ссылки для привлечения партнёров в SFI, продавцов или покупателей на TripleClicks и т. д. Все регистрации будут распределяться между участниками «кооператива».
В пункте «Description» впишите в окошко любое название, которое вы хотите бать вашему «кооперативу».
Затем нужно выбрать Assignment Type, то есть тип распределения регистраций между участниками «кооператива». Для выбора предлагается два типа распределения: Shares (доли) и Signups (регистрации).
Если вы выбираете Shares, рефералы будут распределяться в соответствии с долей, которую вы назначите каждому из участников. Например, ваша кооперативная реклама должна принести 100 регистраций. У вас 4 участника, у каждого по 25 долей. Каждый из участников получит равное количество регистраций, новые рефералы будут даваться каждому по очереди.
Что касается Signups, этот тип распределения предполагает гарантированное число регистраций для каждого из участников. То есть, каждый получит ровно столько рефералов, сколько ему назначено – ни больше, ни меньше.

Что выбрать? Тем, кто не обладает большим опытом интернет-маркетинга, SFI рекомендует выбирать доли (Shares). Я бы тоже посоветовала выбрать доли.
Вот и всё, нажимаем кнопку «Create New Co-op» – «кооператив» готов. Теперь нужно добавить участников. На странице, на которую вы попали, нажав кнопку, кликните по кей-коду вашего «кооператива». Откроется страница редактирования Co-op. В окошко Add Affiliate нужно вписать ID партнёра, которого вы хотите добавить, в следующее окошко – количество долей.
Если в будущем понадобится добавить или удалить участника, вы поступаете точно так же – открываете список ваших Co-op по ссылке «View your current co-op(s)» в менеджере, кликаете по кей-коду и редактируете «кооператив».

What are the best ways to use the CSA Reassignment tool?

CSA Reassignments are a powerful tool for all TLs (Team Leaders) and up.

Why is this a tool to be excited about? Because by strategically reassigning CSAs, you can provide the incentive for many members of your group to both become EAs and maintain the minimum rank of EA every month!

Reassigning CSAs works exactly like reassigning PSAs. Simply go to the REASSIGNMENT tab on your Genealogy and choose the CSAs you want to reassign and to whom. Reassignment happens instantly and your recipients will receive an email notice of all the CSAs you've reassigned to them.

Note that the email, sent after midnight, is a RECAP of the reassignments received. That is, if you reassign 50 CSAs to someone, they won't get 50 separate notices. Instead, they will receive ONE notice informing them that 50 new CSAs have been reassigned to them by you, and with directions for how to locate them in their Genealogy and start interacting with them.

ROLL-UPS!

One of the best parts of the CSA Reassignment program is that if you reassign CSAs to someone, and they do not maintain their EA rank (or, in the case of someone who has not yet reached the rank of EA, if they do not achieve the rank of EA), they roll back up to YOU!

That's right...it's a great big WIN/WIN! Either your reassigned CSAs create EAs for you...or you get the CSAs returned back to you (and you resume your role as their Co-Sponsor with all the Co-Sponsor benefits you had before).

And for the person who you reassigned the CSAs to--provided they maintain their EA status of course--it's a WIN too, because you've markedly helped them build their team and potentially their commissions, also.

STRATEGIES

If you create strategies based on THE Plan, as you should, your first step should be to identify 1-5 PSAs that you feel have what it takes to eventually advance all the way to Diamond Team Leader status. We'll call them your FDs (Future Diamonds).

It's of course crucial that your FDs maintain at least the rank of EA every month. And this is the beauty of reassigning CSAs. Because affiliates must maintain their EA status to keep their CSAs, reassigning CSAs to them provides a VERY strong incentive to stay active and stay an EA!

Step two: Decide on an appropriate amount of CSAs to transfer to each of your FDs. Keep in mind that you can start with a smaller number and increase it over time. But let's say you've got a significant number of CSAs and you want to make things happen, so you've decided to place 100 CSAs under each of your FDs. You now have 1-5 PSAs with a powerful reason to be EA every month. Congratulations, you've now met the new (as of January 2016) requirement to have at least one EA2 to maintain the rank of BTL!

Step three: If your sights are set higher, if you want to have the rank of STL, for example, you'll of course need two of your PSAs to hold the rank of BTL. How now will you make this happen? In the same way your CSA reassignments motivated your PSAs to maintain their EA status of course! That is, you can reassign CSAs to those in your second generation just as easily as you did to your first generation to provide the incentive for them to go/stay EA every month, too. And you don't have to stop there. It's possible to repeat this process down 3, 4, 5, or even more generations. Hello, Gold...or Platinum...or Diamond!

Of course, while you're acting as an extremely generous sponsor and upline member, you're hopefully also leading by example and teaching all of those you're giving a big helping hand to how to climb the ranks at SFI.

That is, your generosity might be responsible for a couple BTLs on your 4th generation, for example, but those BTLs and others like them that you've helped, now know how to create duplication through CSA reassignments and advance to silver, gold, platinum, and diamond themselves. And when they apply this knowledge, guess what? Your entire group starts getting wider, deeper, and filled with income-generating EAs and Team Leaders! And YOU are on your way to a substantial residual income!

IMPORTANT

It's very important that all Team Leaders understand the following before using the CSA reassignment tool:

When you reassign a CSA to someone in your group, the CSA will no longer appear in your Genealogy (they will instead appear in the Genealogy of the person you reassigned them to). Similarly, when you reassign a CSA to someone, you're also transferring any commissions and Matching VP that CSA currently generates for you to the person you're reassigning them to.

Of course, in the big picture, this should not deter you. Indeed, having a PSA who now is an EA every month because of the CSAs you've reassigned to them, will typically generate larger commissions for you (45% CV Direct Commissions vs. 15% Co-Sponsor Commissions/Matching VP). Moreover, helping several people get to EA every month can manifest itself in invaluable "momentum" that you can create group-wide exponential growth and profits.


FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Who am I allowed to reassign my CSAs to?
You may assign to any rank (A, EA, TL) as you wish. However, you will only be allowed to reassign CSAs to those of the Affiliate rank during the first ten days of each month. This is so that such persons have enough time to collect the VP necessary to attain the rank of EA (necessary to keep the CSAs of course).

Q: Are there any limits on how deep I can go with my reassignments?
Yes. BTLs are limited to reassigning their CSAs to generation 1. STLs are limited to generations 1-8. GTLs are limited to generations 1-10. PTLs and DTLs are limited to generations 1-12.

Q: Who are the best targets for reassigning my CSAs to?
Helping your PSAs advance in rank is probably #1. Next up, especially if you don't have many active PSAs, is new EA PSAs. New EAs already know how to get to the rank of EA and they're currently active. Feed this! Build on the momentum they've already started for themselves by reassigning them a nice group of CSAs and give them a big extra incentive to go EA next month and every month thereafter!

Q: Is it a good idea to reassign CSAs to currently inactive persons...to try to get them to become active?
This remains to be seen. The only way to know for sure is to TEST it. The nice thing is, because of the automatic roll-ups, there's little downside to testing this proposition. That said, we DO discourage reassigning CSAs to affiliates whom have been inactive for a long time and/or that you've had no contact with. Giving a bunch of CSAs to such persons is PROBABLY not going to "wake them up." And you don't want to stick your CSAs with a bad Co-Sponsor; it could be counter-productive in fact.

We recommend that you focus on currently active persons in your group first and foremost. If you still have some CSAs left over that you want to do some testing with--on currently inactive affiliates--that's up to you. Maybe try some small amounts knowing that they will receive the email notice from us about your gift to them. A better option would be to contact them first and let them know you have X number of CSAs that you're willing to reassign to them if they'll simply reply and confirm they are still interested in SFI. Tip: You can quickly and easily do a group message like by using the appropriate filter(s) in your Genealogy. You might even try some A/B testing to determine which CSA offer gets the best results.

Q: I've heard that matching up CSAs to Co-Sponsors by country and/or language helps. Is that the route I should take?
Our data definitely shows that when affiliates are matched up with Sponsors and/or Co-Sponsors of the same country and/or language, there is more activity. Therefore, where it's possible, we definitely endorse matching via country and/or language when reassigning your CSAs.

Q: I don't have very many CSAs. How can I get more?
Just by maintaining your Team Leader status, you'll of course receive one or more shares of all the new Second Home CSAs each month. Additionally, at Pricebenders auctions, hundreds of CSAs can be won weekly by bidding. All of these CSAs--both of the Second Home variety and those acquired via Pricebenders auctions may be freely reassigned.

Q: Can I use CSA reassignments as a reward/incentive?
Yes, this is a GREAT way to use CSA reassignments. For example, you could inform your entire group (or some subset of your group) that for everyone who goes EA this month, you'll reward them with 20 or 50 or 100 CSAs (whatever amount you're comfortable with). Or incentivize all of your EA2s to become BTLs...or all your BTLs to become STLs, etc. Or "go small" and offer a few CSAs for taking small but meaningful actions each day (e.g. sponsoring an affiliate). Or go BIG and incentivize all your affiliates to become E365 champions with a rewards of, say, 500 CSAs. The possibilities are endless. And, remember, all your CSAs will return back to you if the recipient fails to maintain their minimum EA status.

Q: If a CSA I've reassigned to someone is forfeited and he/she rolls back up to me, can I reassign them again to someone else?
Yes, you can currently reassign a CSA up to two times. And we may consider increasing this limit at a later time.

Q: Since CSAs that I reassign are removed from my own Genealogy, how do I know who I gave my CSAs to?
Very shortly we will be introducing a new report for you. It will provide you with counts of all CSAs you've reassigned and the names and ID numbers of those who you've reassigned them to.

Q: Does SFI notify people that they'll lose their CSAs if they don't keep their EA rank?
Yes. We have a series of emails that are sent during the last week of each month to everyone who has not yet re-qualified as an EA and is, hence, in jeopardy of forfeiting all of their CSAs. We even provide names of some of their CSAs and a count of the TOTAL sum of the CSAs they will lose if they do not regain their EA rank by the end of the month.

Q: Should I teach my "future Diamonds" this strategy of securing CSAs and strategically reassigning them?
If it's working for you, absolutely 1000% YES! This is the very definition of duplication--the most important activity, the KEY to success in SFI! When something is working for you in SFI, teach it to your downline! Doing this is, of course, like cloning yourself, and making it so you can essentially be in "a hundred places at once," 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. And the best part is that you can earn override income on what all of your "clones" do. So, YES, always, always, always be teaching your downline what works. They'll win, you'll win, everyone wins!

Q: If someone forfeits the CSAs I reassigned to them, when do they roll back up to me?
Approximately on the 15th of the month following the month of forfeiture.

Q: Is it okay for me to stay in touch with a CSA who I've reassigned to someone?
Because they are a CSA of someone in your downline, they are still, indirectly, part of your team technically, so for support reasons it would be acceptable to stay in contact, yes. However, remember that they will no longer appear in your Genealogy. Hence, you'd have to contact them via your personal email or other method outside of SFI.

1. DESIGNATED DIAMONDS

The Designated Diamonds (DD) program is directly aligned with THE PLAN (https://www.sfimg.com/the_plan)--and facilitates your advancement all the way to Diamond Team Leader...but it's first big benefit is that it can greatly help you generate and maintain EA2s.

Start the ball rolling by issuing DD invitations to your best PSAs. Each one accepting your invitation will be committed to being a minimum of EA every month! What's even more exciting is that they will be on the path to BTL, then STL, then GTL, PTL, and DTL. And as they advance up the ranks, they'll be helping YOU become a DTL.

2. MILESTONE SHARES

For every 10 personal VP your affiliates earn, they bank up to 18 bonus shares of the TripleClicks Executive Pool--paid to them upon reaching each of the five Team Leader ranks. This major bonus incentivizes all of your affiliates to earn the maximum amount of VersaPoints each month while striving for the highest possible rank. This, of course, means more EA2s to help you meet your Team Leader qualifications each month!

3. CSA REASSIGNMENTS

If you're serious about being a Team Leader, this is one of THE most powerful tools you have at your disposal...and it's so easy to use, too! Yes, if you're looking for ways to have large numbers of EA2s every month, this is the tool! We've even laid out the exact strategies for you to use here:


Note that SFI notifies all of your recipients when you reassign a CSA to them so they'll know who the wonderful person is helping them build their team. AND, we let them know during the last week of any month where they've not yet met the requirements for the rank of EA--informing them of the impending forfeiture of all of their CSAs if they don't act quickly to re-qualify.

4. SIGNING BONUSES

The Signing Bonus (SB) program is yet another great tool for helping you get your PSAs active and to EA2 status.

Tip: You can specifically target your affiliates who have received a SB via a new "Signing Bonus" filter in your Genealogy. You can select those who have received a SB and/or who have a specific remaining SB balance so that you can send out just the right group message to inform, provide guidance, etc.

Meet the new and improved Stream!

The new STREAM (one of the tabs on your Affiliate Center homepage) is now live!

WHAT’S NEW

1. First and foremost, we’ve greatly simplified Stream.  There’s a place to compose your own posts (with the option to include images)…and there’s a timeline–which displays posts from SFI Corporate, your Sponsor, your Co-Sponsor, and other upline members (shown newest to oldest).  Essentially just two simple sections.
2. You can of course “like” posts, by clicking the “thumbs-up” icon, and we encourage you to do so (your likes help posters earn and upgrade their Likes Badge).  If you LOVE a post, click the new “heart” icon (“loves” are also counted on the poster’s Likes Badge).  If you’re not sure whether you like a post or not, click the “neutral” face icon.  Or, if you don’t like the post, click the “sad” face icon.  TIP: Be sure to regularly use this feature and rate posts honestly so that you’re providing feedback to the poster.  This will help them improve their future posts.
3. You can also now “restream” posts.  That is, if you really like a post and want your team to see it, you can forward it on to your team with a click.  Note: Do not restream posts that are not appropriate for your team.
4. Improved reply features.  If you wish to reply to a post, there are now up to three methods.  A) Click the envelope icon to respond with an easy and quick TeamMail message to the poster.  B) Click the “bubble” icon to initiate an instant message (chat) session with the poster. C) Click the “double bubble” icon to go to the poster’s private sub-forum (not applicable if poster has not set up a private forum for their team).  Note that all three reply options are contingent upon whether you are allowed to communicate with the poster. 
5. Posts from ECAs will no longer appear in Stream.  But fret not, ECAs!  We’re simply moving your posts to a new “mini-Stream” panel which will be located on the more appropriate TripleClicks tab–where you’ll have less posts to compete against too.
6. SFI is going to lead by example.  That is, with the new Stream now installed, SFI will now be posting regularly and frequently our best tips, alerts, and other valuable information.
7. We’ve also greatly simplified who gets your Stream posts.  That is, when you post something now (or restream a post), it will automatically go to every affiliates within 12 downline generations of you, PLUS all your CSAs, regardless of what your rank is.
Why only the ONE option for who receives your posts?  In short, we want to eliminate complexity and redundancy within our communication tools.  If you really need to send a message to just your PSAs, for example, use the PSA Mailer.  If  you want to communicate with your CSAs specifically, use the CSA Mailer.  And/or use the Genealogy Group Mailer to target messages to any specific group you want.  Don’t forget that we also have SFIM (SFI Instant Messaging), the Forum (including Private Forums just for your downline), and TeamMail.  In short, you have at your disposal all kinds of ways to distribute messages and communicate with virtually any subset of your team…so let’s keep Stream SIMPLE.

Again, remember that all posts will go to everyone within 12 generations downline and your CSAs.  And remember that your posts may get restreamed and, hence, distributed much deeper–potentially to be seen by tens of thousands of affiliate (and all the likes that might come with ’em!).

What Laura says about Duplication

We have all heard it said that duplication is what will build a strong team, but are we all doing what we can to make our teams great?
Advertising is the number one step in building your team because if you don't advertise this opportunity, nobody will know it is available. So, are you advertising daily, or weekly, or even monthly? If you don't take the time and effort to advertise, what makes you think that your team would advertise?

Do you log in every day and complete your “To Do List”? With any commitment to your business, you should be able to log in daily, and take the 15 minutes that is required to complete at least your “To Do List”. Are you using your Stream posts for leading your team, or are you just posting anything for the VP that you can earn? How about your Leadership page? Is it set up so that new affiliates can see who you are, what you are doing, and how to go about succeeding here? All of these things will make or break your team as far as them duplicating you. Do you visit the Forum regularly and answer questions that may help another affiliate? Are you reading everyday and searching for training materials that maybe you have read, but need a refresher course on them? Never stop learning!!!!!

Besides my Standing Order for 125 TCredits, I also purchase individual TCredits throughout the month so I am never left without the 3 TCredits per day that I use to play a game, put a price on a PickThePrice future auction, and bid on a PriceBenders auction. I go for all Double Points (DP) auctions at PriceBenders, and I earn 10 MRP for each bid, and I keep a close eye on the Bid and Build game to the right, allowing me to spin for a chance at earning a PSA. Some weeks I choose to spend extra TCredits just to gain the 10 MRP for bidding, and in return, I have gained quite a few PSA's through the Bid and Build option. As soon as I have 126 MRP, I purchase a single TCredit so that I gain 102 VP to add to my Versa Points for the month.

I also buy many items from TripleClicks, such as post cards to send to potential ECA's, Wave3 post cards, and SFI hat, items for my new puppy, and most recently, a new wireless mouse for my computer. The price for the items that will help me advertise my business are extremely cost effective, even if I only get one sign-up by sending them out. I wear my SFI hat every time I am having a bad hair day, and I have had many opportunities to hand out my business cards when someone asks me what SFI is for on my hat. Perfect chance to explain the business, and also hand out some of my materials.

My next advertising venture is going to be placing fliers on every pizza box that goes out from our local pizza joint. I have yet to figure out the exact amount that would make it work with my advertising budget, but at least it is in the talking stages as of now.

Internet advertising is great, but in reality, how many of us are listed through the same Traffic Exchange sites, or Safelists? At this point, I think I prefer more personal advertising, and handing out materials while being able to answer any questions when I offer the opportunity. Obviously, advertising is widespread, and everyone will have a chosen method that works best for them, so don't be afraid to try out different techniques to gain sign-ups or to make sales.

As a team leader, I want to share my techniques with everyone so that we can all become successful. Since SFI is worldwide, the chances of two people advertising in the exact same place are very small, but if we can all learn from others, we can all climb to the top and make the best of our business.

If you want to build a great business that makes you lots of money, then don't be afraid to put continuous time and effort into making it the best that it can be. The tools and materials are all here for you, but it is up to you as to how you use them.

Choose to build something great and watch your team duplicate your moves.

Это, по сути, доля или несколько долей в общей «кооперативной» рекламной кампании SFI. Покупая такую долю, вы покупаете гарантированные регистрации PSA в вашу команду. Регистрации распределяются поочерёдно всем участникам этого «кооператива» в количестве, соответствующем приобретённым долям. С момента покупки S-Builder может пройти 3 недели – месяц, прежде чем вы получите своего PSA. Нужно ли это покупать – мнения разные. Я склоняюсь к тому, что покупать это за полную стоимость не очень нужно (1 доля стоит $22), а вот попытаться выиграть на аукционе за небольшую цену – можно попробовать (мне это удалось)
